With three cats in the house (one friendly and easy going, while the other two can be skittish and nervous at best), getting away can be difficult. Emily’s calm and professional approach was very reassuring, and we knew we were leaving the cats in safe hands.

She took time to make sure they all ate, cleaned up after them and sent us regular updates on how they were doing. We came home to contented, happy animals whose routines hadn’t been disturbed.

Emily comes highly recommended – and your pets will thank you!

Emily stepped in at short notice to look after our cat whilst we were away. I cannot recommend her enough. She ensured that she was fed and had water and kept us updated. Our cat is very shy and grumpy and has always been elusive when anyone comes round. Emily even managed to catch a glimpse of her! It was such a relief to know that our cat was being looked after so well.

Emily has been fantastic looking after my little Jack Russell Chilli! Chilli is a rescue dog and Emily is very sensitive to her needs and was able to tailor her care to cope with her potential behavioural issues. Nothing is too much trouble and it’s such a pleasure to leave her with Emily safe in the knowledge she will be cared for as if she was her own dog. Thank you!

Emily looked after our two beloved cats in September while we were on holiday and she was brilliant. She gave us complete peace of mind with regular updates and even a video of one of our cats saying hello to her! Our cats couldn’t cope with a cattery. It’s too stressful for them. It’s so good to know that we can now call on Emily when we go away. Finally we’ve found what we were looking for! It’s comforting to know someone’s in and out of the house while you’re away too. And the service is great value for money. Highly recommended.
